Description

Aparmita (or Amitayus, Tsepame) is the “Buddha of Infinite Life” in Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism, regarded as a longevity aspect of Buddha Amitabha. Often depicted in red, seated in meditation holding a vase containing the nectar of immortality, he is worshipped to extend lifespan, improve health, and remove obstacles to spiritual progress.
